What is the interview process like for FS Senior Consultant role at EY? Tips appreciated

MBB Associate / Consultant (4 YOE, 2 post MBA) in India. Spent 2 years at my firm and would make manager / PL end of next year. Have an offer for an 'Analyst' role in Amsterdam for a large consumer goods company's strategy team. The company's great but the role is entry level, which is a little annoying. Any thoughts? Definitely want to exit ASAP and talking to a few other companies - all for Manager level roles. The hook here is Amsterdam + the brand.

Accenture's o9 Solution Architect (Supply Chain Planning) Opportunity - recruiter reached out for a consultant role. I'm interested, but I'm not sure if I will be pigeon holed with this role since the job title and description are specifically tied to o9. Is anyone willing to give me more insight?

Would joining a VC firm or a start-up be possible for a management consultant in financial services? Feels like that exit opp is impossible without going through grad school first.

Resume question: Should I break down my experience by my titles within my current firm?
I started as a consultant, now I'm a manager. Should I create bullets under each position, or should I just list that I'm a manager and accumulate everything under the manager title? The thing is that this has been the only firm I've been working for since I'm out of my grad school. So I don't have anything else to list other than my past titles and research experience.

Up to what rank US MBA do you think it's "worth it" for Canadians over something like Rotman/Ivey? I'm asking from a sponsored Canadian consultant's perspective looking to exit to a Canadian company lng-term

Question, when you get an offer, should you write on your pre-employment app your official title only or the one you included on your resume that’s more descriptive? Would something raise a red flag?
