I am a consultant in Deloitte Digital and just received an offer from Jellyfish (Digital Marketing Agency) with a salary increase of 30% and a position of Senior Manager (consider a Manager in Deloitte). They are setting up the office from 0 in an european county so this is a good opportunity in terms of responsibility and challenge both from human and professional side. What do you think about it?

I’m a consultant with 3.5 years of experience at a fintech firm working in a professional services role. Looking to jump ship and pivot into a blockchain focused role/company ASAP however I haven’t got any blockchain experience unfortunately (started a course on coursera to become more familiar with it). 1. Take a MS CRM consultant position in EY India Consulting wing for around 12lpa(11fixed and remaining bonus)
2. Take a MS CRM software developer role in Veripark India for 14lpa(fixed).
Both for same location and with both having development based work with EY being a mix of MSCRM and powerapps whereas Veripark being a MSCRM based dev work on their own product Veritouch.
