Hi fishies 🐠 I’m an Art Director that’s trying to transition over to UX Design. I have experience building websites and some previous freelance work doing some UI/UX. What’s the best route to transition over and would I need to apply for entry level roles? Does an AD role with a UI/UX focus even exist? I enjoy the thinking of UX design and am comfortable designing interfaces but I’m mostly unsure of the process of working with an UX team. Would love to hear your thoughts!

I’m a seasoned AD and am considering an VP Account Supervisor position but feel like I am losing earned value without having Director in my title even though it’s a VP position. Am I overreacting?

Have you ever heard of an Associate Account Supervisor? Is that a role/position that exists anywhere? Is it just above Senior Account Executive? What would the responsibilities entail?

I can’t stop feeling so behind all the time. It seems like every one of my peers doesn’t have to worry about student loans, car insurance (paid by their parents still) etc. I keep thinking about how if I didn’t have all these bills I’d maybe have some savings that I could be proud of. Any recommendations for really good sound machines to completely block out loud noise? I live in the North End and am so angry…loud drunk assholes yelled in the street last night and woke me up (even with my loud AC on which typically blocks out most noise) and it took me forever to fall back asleep and sleep quality was terrible because I was on edge.

Hello fishes, to join in wipro passport is mandatory like they mentioned in onboarding as my previous organisation(payroll company). it is not mandatory so i dont have a passport and my joining date is april 28th
