Let's talk exit interviews. I'm leaving my firm as a second year senior manager for specific reasons. Let those issues be known in the exit interview or just let them know I appreciated my time and took an offer for better pay?

Anyone aware of any non competes or non solicitation agreements that we need to abide by post exit. ? Senior manager in business consulting here.

Kpmg 🐠- I have 15 years of direct experience and interviewing. Firm says I am at manager level but I am aiming for director. Have been M at Deloitte and an SM doing internal consutling for F15 company. Should I accept an M level role? Just want to get feedback. Thanks

My firm recent filed my I-485 (yay!) It’s for a “manager” position but I’m on track to being promoted to senior manager in October and I don’t think it’ll be done processing by then. The rolls and responsibilities don’t change much but the salary does. Is that an issue?

I have got an offer from PWC India consulting practice for the senior manager role.

Verbally the HR has confirmed that it will be year 2 SM role but it is not mentioned in the mail neither they are confirming this on mail.

Want to know from current employees if there is any sub level mentioned in internal systems for the same role, something like SM1, SM2 etc?

Any Scrum masters on H1B visa working full time?
It’s saddening to see companies backing out when you tell them you are on a work visa.

Total YOE: 5.2 years (includes 2.8 years for SAFe Scrum master (current), 9 months of Junior Java developer and 1.10 years of BA/Customer service lead experience).

I am working on getting my PMI-ACP and PMP Certs soon so I would eventually pivot but for now I am looking for a Scrum master position.

Hello fishes! Anyone have any insight on the capacity planning role at Amazon? WLB, salary range, challenging work Etc. I have an opportunity for an interview for a senior manager role and want to see if it would be a good move going into supply chain. For reference I have 7 YOE in finance with an MBA and no supply chain background.

I have worked in M&A consulting in Pharma/ LS for around 3+ years post MBA. Late in life, but I am keen to pivot to pharma IB and open to an associate role (currently on way to be SM in June).

Interviewed for an SC role at D GPS (5 YOE) first week of November.
Went through the 3 rounds interview (Case/Technical/Behavioral). Couple weeks later recruiter said they liked me but have no project for me yet then set me up for another technical interview with SM which went great. Wondering how much longer would I be interviewing and if this is all a good sign. TYI

Help…got a great offer at a tech company (non-FAANG), know several people on the team and they all swear they do not work more than 40 hours/week. I am pretty much guaranteed to get promoted to SM this year. I am burned out and want WLB but am I shooting myself in the foot by leaving right before I get promoted to SM? My partner swears it’s a game changer when looking at exit opportunities

I left PA earlier this year for a manager level financial reporting role. It was a lateral move but would’ve been up for senior manager promo in July had I stayed in PA. I was approached with another opportunity as Sr Manager Financial Reporting at a public company for $150k and 20% bonus with a clear path to director in time. 8 YOE and live in FL. I’m trying to get an idea if this is in line with market. TIA!

Startup Corp Dev Comp?

Got an offer for a corporate development role at a pre-ipo startup. Senior manager title but not really meaningful as it’s a startup, essentially I’ll be the only corp dev guy outside of the c-suite.

205k USD cash comp + 115K USD options (net value at current private valuation). IPO likely to happen over the next year.

Wondering if anyone knew a rough TC comp range to expect for a company at this stage? I’m weighing this role vs an IBD VP role (BB).
