Background: I am Salesforce technical lead on my current project and have about 7 years of experience. Not very keen on Developer roles as I have lost touch. Not confident I will make a good technical architect. What other options are out there?

I’m considering a position at a startup that has its initial seed funding. The role is vague but it’s generally along the lines of project and product manager with an expectation to be a jack of all trades. What I’m trying to figure out is what’s a fair TC package? I have interviews next week for bigger brand tech companies I’d be interested in but also have an offer right now for a senior financial reporting role in HCOL that pays well and also pays OT that I need to decide by tomorrow. Not the biggest fan of financial reporting and the company is midsize ($500m revenue) and not publicly traded but is fairly reputable. Any thoughts to just reject it and wait it out or take it?

Need some advice, currently a manager at big4 in IT Attestation.. offered a position as a senior security analyst for 40% pay bump and 150k in RSU at a fintech (going through IPO). It seems like a no brainer to take the offer but I can’t get past going from a manager role back down to analyst. Has anyone dealt with this? Afraid I’d make the move then miss people management and the title. I’d also be reporting directly to a manager which would be weird at first.

Recently interviewed and given a verbal offer from KPMG. Proposed increased was ~ 105k. Originally was looking to get around 115k. Can anyone from KPMG shed some insight if this a decent offer? It seemed like the max they were willing was 105 but Idk the pay bands at KPMG to know if I’m getting lowballed. Its a senior associate, data analytics role. Appreciate any insight.
