MBB vs Big 4 Discussions

Is it worth making the time/money investment to make the switch from big 4 FDD to MBB. This would require getting into and paying for a top MBA program and my net worth would be way negative after that. Are the MBB financial returns worth it? Im 26 years old for reference

Hi guys, I got a feeling that big 4 or T2 companies kinda quiet in jakarta as opposed to MBB where they conduct lots of recruiting events (management consulting). Any reason for that particularly or maybe big 4 prefer internal hiring only?

What does the recruitment process look like for PhD candidates for the Big 4 and tier 2 firms? I know MBB recruits PhDs, but am unclear about the rest.

Discussion post: I feel almost all consulting firms are the same. Mbb, big 4 etc. if you are paid enough there is probably less wlb. If there is good wlb there is not much money. Big 4 is not my future (as many many MANY of you have repeatedly said I’m not good enough for). First year bonus- 50k euro
Second year- 36k
This is final after negotiations.
