MBB vs Big 4 Discussions

Are MBB and Boutiques doing this massive hiring blitz with double referral bonus etc like the big 4 are? Or did they not fire all their people last fall?

Is the difference between big 4 and MBB in compensation huge at top levels (SM and up)?

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
