CFP & ChFC looking to change firms. Currently in a bank program, but not a large portable book to bring over to the next firm. Over a decade experience and about to finish up my MBA. Currently nowhere near the income level I want to be. Any suggestions for a good program to go to for my next move?

Currently a Wealth Advisor for Citi but I honestly hate it here with a passion it’s the worst company I’ve ever worked for in my life and I’ve been in Wealth Management in the banking channel for over a decade. In this field, when choosing a masters degree program is it more beneficial to get a degree in Human Resources to further my knowledge in HR (my undergraduate degree is in Economics) , an MBA, or Data Science Degree due to the fact that HR is becoming more data driven as well as get a PHR / SHRM-CP certification?
