I have an offer with 8.5 lpa and I also have another offer with 6Lpa with Amazon as senior testing associate role(Alexa device testing).The HR clearly told that they can afford only 6 lpa for this position and can’t increase further during salary discussion.Plz help me.Shall I go for negotiation???.Please let me know anyone have undergone the same situation with Amazon.Amazon Wipro Infosys Accenture… more

Received initial contact from relo agent stating option of $10.5K lump-sum to self-manage the move or a standard assisted relo pkg. Unclear on how much / if temp housing is included w/ either option.more

Should I move into either a core technical data science/data engineering role or move into a techno-managerial role like a program or project manager? What role would be best in terms of money, growth, and job security?

1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
