PwC India Accenture India Hi fishes, I've 2 offers one from Accenture India and the other one is from PwC India.

Accenture location hometown with 13lpa fixed and 2.73lpa as Variable.

Whereas PWC Bangalore location 14.5lpa fixed including variable around 18lpa.

Anyone here adept in real estate and tenant/landlord laws? I rented a house a month ago and there’s this lady who is renting a room in the house 3 doors down who keeps ringing my doorbell/knocking loudly from 12-5am. Found out from my neighbors that she’s got mental issues after her mother died. The lady across from her is her landlord. She appears to possibly be on crack or meth. She’s come by 5 times already and this morning at 4am after ringing my doorbell she urinated on my doorstep.

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. Curious to hear from people with med school debt: what is the best way to finance med school? Is taking on student debt a big deal if you get a high-paying job after school? The reason I ask: I paid for my son's BS degree (including housing and meal plans), and he's entering med school soon. He has asked if I will pay anything towards his support in med school. But he worked all through his undergrad degree and saved sine I was paying for the major expenses, so I kind of feel like this is his thing to take on now. AITA?
