What is the best advice you would give to a junior account manager?

Advice needed! Deadweight in the team that's stopping my progression & desire to work on more projects. Created a stale vibe as they have no drive for more. I don't want to leave but it's time, right?

I used to care about and chase the opportunity to produce cool/fun/funny work. But, as of the last couple years..it’s just more about stability, keeping working relationships happy, building finances, i.e. it’s just a job. Not about pushing for the most fun creative ideas—I still do that—I just don’t care enough to fight as much if they don’t get it. Definitely still feel genuinely defeated when truly awesome concepts get glossed over by a client who has no clue what they want.

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. Pasted a list from excel to PowerPoint however when I try to make them bullets, PowerPoint reads it as a group of text (only puts a bullet for the first line). Can manually delete and press enter for each line to get a bullet but curious if anyone has a quicker solution?
