Anyone know why Fast failed? Seeing it all over LinkedIn but haven’t seen any postmortems.

Why are people now treating e-mail as instant messaging? I work with several people that for some reason expect all emails to be answered within minutes of being received…. I can understand the sense of urgency around some high-priority, time-sensitive matters… but everything does not fall into that category… it drives me crazy.

How to reject an offer before few weeks of joining? I had a lot of conversations with them regarding the role and onboarding process and I don't want to go in that organisation anymore

What productivity hacks do you employ? I like to shut off my email for 25 min intervals to focus on real work. It’s like a sprint of focus without being “unavailable” too long.

Freshers are joining with much better pay than what I am getting and also got zero hike/bonus whatsoever this year. Is this happening everywhere or just at Deloitte USI?
Background: Working as an SFDC developer at Deloitte USI, campus hire, and completed my first year this August.

One of my coworkers thinks she deserves more PTO than it is allowed in our agency because she's "struggling". We all struggle with our own battles but she's being very rude about it. How can we handle this?

a few years ago my company implemented a "2 pack" to my pay pay plan. Where they would deduct 200 per month to counteract minimum wage increase. Fast forward to now, it's 480 taken From commission.

I have not been diagnosed with ADHD. I definitely fit some of the characteristics that go unnoticed in females. The good news is if i do have ADHD, it makes me quite good at my job as I’m very flexible and can provide positive energy to my patients. Anyway, my boss has told me I have ADHD multiple times. I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.
