Hi all, I really need some advice here, I have the feeling our company has gone a bit overboard in uploading policies. When someone starts, they have 30+ policies to read. I am a bit flustered and looking in other ways to reduce the number of documents to read, but still want everyone to be informed. Any suggestions/tips?

Has anyone implemented Workday without experiencing massive regrets? It seems to be far more complicated to run advanced reports, export data timely, and be productive from a reporting standpoint. I’ve implemented Reed Group with both Lawson and Workday and the results have been abysmal each time from an integration standpoint.

I am looking to gain certification or other credentialing in diversity and inclusion, not only because it would look good on my resume both for future job-search purposes and also to become better educated in this area, which is growing in importance. I looked at SHRM's "Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential" and got a bit of "sticker shock" at the cost - $1,655.00 for members. Does anyone have other suggestions on training/credentialing in this area?

Partners and future partners, if you made the salary you are currently making annually, and through increasing client fees and gaining efficiencies through technology, nobody worked more than 40 hours a week, would you be ok with that or would you think you are leaving money on the table and would want to get more and increase hours to 45-50? My main question is if we could achieve 40 hour weeks would you be satisfied or will you want to get hours up to what you’re used to?
