Hoping to get my PHR in the next year or so. Outside of employer reimbursement, are there other opportunities for this to get funded? I know SHRM Foundation offers scholarships for the CP, but I am looking for PHR specific help. Thank you! :)

Is there any easy way to bill for emails? At the end of each month I spend way too much time trying to collect the 0.1s from the month. I go day by day with my emails, sent then received. It’s so boring and time consuming but I have never known an easier way (aside from entering emails daily, but I find that doesn’t work either because if you get multiple emails on a case in a day, you’d have to keep editing the entry.) Ever feel disadvantaged by being the "new guy" at the office?
You're not alone: over 70% of new hires feel this way.
What if I told you it's your best launch pad for success?
I'm about to tell you why you have the absolute advantage.
Every disadvantage has its advantage.
When starting a new job, there will always be disadvantages to being new.
You may need to familiarize yourself with the software or the company's processes.
You may need to get used to how your new team works

Hi All, I have an offer from JPMC and joining is on the 23rd of this month. I have given 2 rounds of interviews in Dell and they said I'm selected, only one round is pending and they need 1-2 weeks of time to release the offer. Should I wait for a Dell offer or join JPMC.
I have already spoken to the Manager and MD at JPMC regarding the project and other things. So I'm confused whether not to join JPMC or not.
Dell is ready to offer around 6-7 LPA more than JPMC Dell JPMorgan Chase

For the people who crib, in KT they didn't teach me the tech or module, I am from a different space.
KT means giving client specific customization only. No one is going to teach you basics there. Because assumption for the outgoing person is you know the basics.
And if you feel you shouldnot handle that work, the go talk to your RM or SM. That it's not your skillset. And specifically mention you are not capable of handling this work.

Interviewing for a payroll/benefits clerk position in HR today, Springfield IL. What’s the average compensation for that role?
I think I'm getting let go tomorrow. Saw a meeting with PEP and an HR Person I never met before. Doesn't make sense, I've been 100% utilized since January and the client loves me and wants me until end of the year and beyond. Partner has never said a bad word about my performance. Doesn't make sense. I did submit snapshots for last year and he delayed and said well include them in next year. I hope he didn't fuck me. What are my options? Can I join the client?
