Though I have notice period of 2 month, can i make it delayed and joined after 2.5 months as it has 120 days of time?

Got an offer of 10.6 LPA from Cognizant.
And 11.5LPA + 50K joining bonus from Wipro.
Also Accenture is in pipeline.
If I clear Accenture, how much should I demand. Also if not cleared, which one should I choose out of the two.
