Cocreation is something I as a customer like very much. Especially when you can give input, discuss and it gets implemented or taken into account. I was wondering: how do you create a Cocreation community that gathers regularly? Do you have multiple groups? How do you manage them al if you’re a small company?
Any advice on direct contacting hiring managers for a job you want? I get that in theory it’s the same as selling anything but for people who’ve done it before what did you do, and how did it work out?

I'm currently a recruiter, with an HR background looking to make a slight career pivot. As an introvert, the recruitment aspect has been draining however, I do enjoy the non-phone screen aspects of it. I enjoy consulting with managers and looking at comp, internal equity and providing data to my hiring managers. I would love to know if there is anyone that has done a similar pivot (whether it's recruiter, HR generalist, etc.) to a Comp Analyst and what that transition has been like.

Hi guys, I have worked in an international b2b sales role, my manager who is located in US offered to give me a reference letter, it was aligned that I will compose the letter for him to sign ...In my EU country were we typically don’t do these documents .....I found some examples in the internet but would be interested to see some real life sales specific letters..... what is mandatory for such document to be included and how did yours look like ...would appreciate any input from your side

PMP test question. Feel like an idiot: took a super intense prep course in March. Because of covid they made it virtual. I really don't learn well in a virtual environment. Then had to postpone taking the test also bc of covid and ended up failing it (test felt nothing like the mock exams). Very deflating. Now 4 months later trying to figure out how much independent study it's going to take to pass it. Any tips or encouragement? Would like to knock it out in the next 2-3 weeks.

I’ve listened recently to several conversations about quality of work product issues during WFH. Some people say they have not given feedback (giving someone a pass) because of the need to be kinder and be mindful of personal challenges (childcare etc) and then I read an article/study about how lack of constructive feedback for women is hurting women’s advancement and how important feedback is for develo. I see both sides. Have you changed whether/how you provide feedback?
