Hi, I’m currently working as a recruiter in the light industrial and I’m really sick of the non stop calls, interviews and just the nature of this profile. Earlier I was contemplating moving to another field in recruitment but now I’m considering switching to another profile in HR where I can do backend processes/ payroll/ hr systems, cz I want to leave the calls and interviews and sourcing.. please suggest profiles I could take a dig in and explore? Offer included temporary housing and moving expense reimbursement…it’s been a month since I began working and 2 months since I started moving but still no reimbursement…should I escalate this? How long is too long?

Do any of the top consulting firms hire into the Engagement Manager level after an M7 (if they had manager experience elsewhere)? I know MBB probably doesn’t but what about other tier 2 firms after that - and asking for US or Canada

Am I the only person who has been super disgusted to Fishbowl’s response to the Meta layoffs? I’ve been laid off twice in my career but I’m not mad at 11000 people who no longer have jobs just cause they got decent severance while I got a week on my way out. Facebook is hot garbage but I’m pretty sure 0 out of the 11000 were making those decisions. So why are you upset about it? Urgh. Y’all are weird.
