I got the memo 😂
I sprinted about 300 meters from the water taxi drop off to catch my train from Venice to Florence with my family in tow. We literally got on the train with about 90 seconds before the doors closed.

Morning jog, crunches and arms.
I am 56 minutes nto an hour of fasted cardio on the morning of the second fast day this week. All of the indulgent holiday eating has me feeling like absolute trash, and a 24 hour fast seems to do wonders to help reset the appetite, and Lord knows that I have the calories to spare.
