3% raise at end of career evaluation? Should I be looking? The bonus is a similar number. I wondering if they are telling me that I should leave.

Just...talk to your leadership? Let them know you were surprised at the low amount and want to understand if there were performance concerns. What’s the point of speculating when you can just talk to the people that made the decision?

Because no one will give the real answer. “We as a practice didn’t do so well”, “it’s not you, it’s us”, “don’t worry, next year it’ll be better”.

No necessarily. If you’re utilization is solid you are fine. They are just not happy you haven’t been doing your internal contributions

Rating was 3. Got multiple emails from my manager, client, and even partner but got to career evaluation and got 3%.

Hard to say... could just be a bad year for your team, but honestly times are very good for consulting firms right now. I’d explore external opportunities and see if the grass truly is greener.
