Why doesn't my wife get that it's just me and the great dane now. She making this awkward wanting some room in the bed.

My gf and me call each other everytime we have free time. However lately she seems disinterested in phone time. She never initiates calls anymore and she tells me she wants to hang up in the middle of the day and not right before bedtime. We live a 4 hour drive apart. And I told her this is like living together from a distance, because I put her on the house speakers. What can I do to keep her engaged?

Anyone who said no to a prospect because of personal reasons? Going through a rough patch and would really appreciate some advise on how to do it without burning (that many) bridges.

On the topic of intimacy with partners… I’ve been with my boyfriend for 2 years and the past year his libido has dropped to zero. Mostly due to work stress (he says). Whenever I try to initiate, he always shuts me down and says he’s not in the mood. I even touch him and he gets hard but stops me as soon as I try to unzip him. We went from once a week to maybe once a quarter.

So… 3.5 year relationship came crashing in Jan due to covid depression, work burn out, lockdown etc. We have stayed in contact and recently he has come around to apologizing and considering getting back together. However he also revealed he started seeing someone casually 4 weeks ago and technically is cheating on her by meeting me for coffee and to discuss this. While he is overall a decent guy, his anger issues, yelling at his wife for the slightest issue, and insulting nature makes me uncomfortable and triggers my own anger due to his blatant disrespect for just about everyone around him.
