So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. Can a law firm in CA rescind an offer if background check reveals an omitted employment history? Worked at a firm for 2-3 months back in 2019 that wasn’t a good fit.
