A house was secured when it's owner went through Title 13 bc of yrs of homestead, easiest way to keep it under owners plan as animal shelter once deceased, instead of redistributed state property?

Not exactly on point, but may be of interest: the Humane Society of the US (HSUS) will work with people to put their land into a conservation trust. They will also let people retain a LE if so desired.

Perhaps a trust to the municipality or a local animal rescue with capacity to run a shelter?

I'll look into the dynamics and contract opps with that. Thanks!

Car was $35k, $7k down, finance $28k. Gap insurance is through lender, not auto insurer.

Hello Fishes,

Any idea when we get relieving letter/service certificate from TCS?

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.

Anyone please advise.

Are you able to ride the bikes on the roads throughout the park?
If so, are there places to lock up the bike at trailheads and/or parking lots to take in?
I haven't been to this national park yet, so I was curious how it compares to Zion for example, where it is easy to bike from "stop to stop" to view the scenery or do a hike!

Thank you!

I do okay, but definitely have to take on more litigation than I prefer. I was thinking estate planning might be a good addition to the mix.
