How do you spend your precious unwinding time after work? I love binge watching tv shows but realize it’s probably not the healthiest way to wind after a stressful day. Anything fun / low stress yall do?

Note; working out is not a relaxing activity for me so don’t even start with that. Also I am single and have no kids so ..

I think my boyfriend may have a drinking problem, and I’m looking for advice. Whenever we’re together, he drinks a few beers. But on nights alone, he will drink 8-12 beers and get wasted to the point where he doesn’t remember anything, sometimes during the work day. He will repeatedly call and text me. We have a talk the next day, he says he’ll be better, but then it happens again in a few weeks. I’m not sure whether it’s due to covid, addiction, loneliness, or another mental health issue.

Does having planned time off nullify a full time employee’s ability to use the C19 sick leave if they become sick just prior to the planned time off? Now I can see I am eligible for some amount under FabP. What is it and when will I get it?

Let say I am eligible for x amount in FBP LTA. And some y of x got deducted in a specific month, now that y portion is showing in FBP tab to upload the bill.

Thoughts on “special” salary grades. I just found out the VP I was offered is not a grade 12 like most comparable roles (verified). Also not an 11, but an 11A. Slightly higher than an 11, a good bit lower than a 12. All due to the fact that it’s a leap from my current position. Why should that matter…..shouldn’t it pay what it should pay if I am selected, rather that curving down towards my current rate?

So do higher ups (managers/directors/etc) in FFD talk to each other about the progress of seniors and associates in a similar manner to how the staff are ranked during audit roundtables??

On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time.
