How is thoughtworks hikes, wlb, does it provide any benefits apart from fixed pay? My research gives me a mixed review: some say it's good, some say that thoughtworks is not stable enough like big 4 or other organisations. Pls help Thoughtworks Deloitte

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

B4 will always be there for you. Leave.
You'd be dumb not to.

Leaving isn't dumb, but get the offers before worrying too much about the prospect of leaving.
Yes, the Big 4 will always be there but so will industry. Going to Deloitte for a bit, to raise your experience and profile for a higher level exit to industry later isn’t a bad idea. We know in industry promotions aren’t that frequent and far more political.
