As a math department, we smile and nod and then ignore it. We had something like that pushed on us about five years ago, but it wasn’t built for math. It worked okay for social sciences, but it completely messed up equations. It would administer tests with x2 when it should have been x squared (tiny 2 up top behind x), it would ask them to solve a triangle but never show the triangle, etc. LOTS of math formatting errors and also painfully slow overall.
So we never used it. And at the end of the year when admin wanted reports from it, we would upload final grades into the the creature and call it a day. No one seemed to care because no one actually read the reports.

Several years ago, they did a data reporting program that was so overwhelming, that the teachers just kind of gave up on it.

Data speaks... try it and then talk about the facts. Give them the data that shows it is not worth the time and energy.

I like this idea. I am so bad at keeping a record of things. Then on top of that, my brain never seems to stop bouncing. Adding more things to my plate is just overwhelming.
The key is to be respectful and solution oriented. Admin might not know the tool is a pain, and they'll be more receptive to feedback if you offer alternatives or solutions.
Have you actually tried it?
