Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

Curious how you saw racism play out in the layoffs? You think more people of color got laid off? It'd be interesting to see the statistics on what the ethnic makeup of the company was before and after layoffs? I doubt they do it perfectly proportionately but I'd be surprised if it was a targeted layoff.
It was pretty noticeable. Groups became more *same*.
You can look up the diversity statistics of the company publicly.
Meta's engineers hurt diversity across the country because they create the systemic bias around them.

I definitely don't doubt that this is possible but you would think that Meta would at least try to not be overt with it considering the legal ramifications of it if it were actually noticeable to that extent
I believe you. I’ve seen through 10+ layoffs across companies and they all had increasing levels of bias, removing those who had children and had to leave earlier than others, culturally or language differences that make leadership feel they are not as executive material or socially impactful and definitely less and less melanine. Over time, the entire team was white, all non parents and hetero/binary. Surprise… layoffs are the #1 way creatives are shuffled out. That’s what happened when there is no real oversight or accountability, and then pushed to sign waivers that give up any fighting chance of institutional change.
