Does JPMorgan entertain counter offers ?
I have an offer of 18.5 lpa including bonus.
At the time of HR discussion, I was under the impression that this will be 18.5 fixed + bonus
I already have 19.5 fixed CTC offer from Emids and Indegene is ready to pay 23 lpa including joining Bonus.
I am keen to join JP morgan but I want to negotiate the offered CTC.
During HR discussion, HR said they'll not entertain any counter offers later on

I have recived a call from HR regarding the salary offered & she told that we are offering that salary. I have accepted offer & told her to explain me the breakup of CTC, she said she will call me back but i have not received any call from last 2 days & I have tired to call & also mailed her but no revert.
Can someone explain me what should be the matter or its likes goes only in deloitte? Deliotte

Hi - I have donations given to Team Everest for Nov 2021 with receipt. But IBM AskHR says no support for donations tax exemption on Form 16. Thus, the donation isn't deducted on my Form 16. Can I now update the donation directly on E-filing.gov u/s 80G for exemption or will that cause an issue ? IBM

It depends. Shifts in operations can mean a refocusing based on market conditions. It can calso be a death knell.
Walgreens used to own and operate significant properties around restaurants and food service. They fired bosses, laid off workers, and eventually sold food-based locations to refocus on drugs; leaving at the time of operational shift would have been a mistake in that case.
More recently, Big Lots fired bosses, laid off employees, and sold off locations. They are now out of business. Leaving at the time of operational shift would have been a solid career choice in this case.
