After 5 years in audit, I'm ready for something more stimulating. I've been diving deep into data science lately, and I'm seriously considering a boot camp to accelerate my transition into analytics. I've heard great things about programs like this, but I'm curious about the return on investment.

How to negotiate at McK? Any advice for what to ask for? Current offer is much lower than what I’m being paid in big tech.

In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. I am finding that in most cases where I compare the voluntary benefits industry, I might be underpaid. What is an appropriate base salary for a position in which commission is replaced?

I accepted a 95k systems engineer role in VA with KBR and is currently going thru a clearance.(MAY START DATE)
Northrop offers me 92k w/ 3k sign on which is 30 min from home in MD for an associate systems role. They also want to give me a clearance but it will start as an interim so I can work sooner than may. MY DILEMMA: Kbr states that they know I need money now so I can accept an offer with Northrop to see if I like it until may.BUT can I have 2 security clearances running at the same time?

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.
