Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Cleared all rounds in L&T when I went for HR discussion hr is telling dat they don't have openings for 3years experienced persons.dont know what to do now.worst hiring process 😑😑

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!

When I’m in a heated argument with someone close to me, I want to isolate from them and can be perceived as giving the silent treatment or being short. But on the inside, I go through sad thoughts such as feeling like my presence is a burden, that I’m an annoyance, and dont want to bother you again by reminding you of my presence, and would rather leave you alone😢.

I feel like a failure as a parent at times - my youngest daughter is extremely anxious about middle school and in the first week has already had two emotional breakdowns. She is so worried about people picking on her and not having friends. I have reached out to the counselor and principal with hopes to get her some support in school, but I can’t do anything to make it better. I feel like I should be able to do more than encourage her but I know some battles she had to fight on her own.
