My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

Girl, there is apparently an iRPM guide on DNet that says that 114 hours is the expectation for C level firm hours per PY. Because I am a FB consultant, I was reading my phone on the toilet. I literally nearly pooped when I saw that given the hours that I had put in. Sorry if that was graphic- hopefully we can all handle it and laugh a little on this Fri. Afternoon.
Deloitte OP, I hope you can find a support system within the firm that you seem to be looking for. We all need "our people" to get by. But if you don't, or in addition, find a good therapist-therapy can be really healthy.
Poor D1. What service line are you in? I'm in dc too. Let's get a drink sometime.
Tiers? What are tiers? I hadn't heard of them. I hate learning things from FB. I should get a less lazy Counselor.
Poor D1- you are that stereotypical high strung Deloitte type aren't you lol
Since when are there PRD targets? Most important is having support from PPMD and Sr. Mgrs
^ precisely. I'm an SM by the way.
@SpM1 I'm a M in federal too and we did talk about firm activities during consensus last year to differentiate between 1s and 2s and 2s an 3s. We did not talk actual hours though, just impact.
I will go first: Level - C, Utilization- 95%, PRD - 315
Thank you, D1. I am from commercial and 550 hours of PRD .. wow
M, ~100%, ~500 PRD
C - commercial, 91% utilization, ~200 hours PRD+ firm initiative.
@D1 damn that's a lot of hours... I hope you get it. Good luck!
I was told to bill my hours I spent working on a fed proposal to GAA
Will that count as PRD?
And how you think it's less. Clearly you can't be that stupid and you must have had some idea or even other consultant friends? While I'm typing this, I'm almost scared of the long ass reply I might get.
You guys, I got it. Have a nice night.
Federal, SC, 1930 client hours, 350 PRD
D1 oh you're the person who was doing sharepoint on a Saturday night a few weeks ago. Ok, I remember your story. FYI, it's not the hours that makes someone ready for M. Tier 1 refers to the value of the proposal and how much it's worth per year. Not discounting things you said but it just sounds off and I've been at the firm a long time. Anyways.
OP- yeah, sorry about that. Re-do the thread and I won't participate.
D1, I'll say it again but I really hope you find a therapist and get the help you need. You sound super stressed and I'm legit worried about you.
D7- thanks. I actually go weekly and missed my appointment this week. I appreciate you being worried. I was worried about myself too. Not in like a suicidal or serious psychotic break or something like that, but I just know when I am not well and knew weeks ago that it would be a miracle for me to get through these weeks as well as I have, seriously. In January, I was very tempted to not push myself this hard because I knew that it would not be good for me, but I figured that I'd have that stupid rating following me around all year and even multiple years in a row and decided that that protracted stress might be worse than a few tough weeks. Thanks for your support.
