I have an offer with Capita plc for 22 LPA for 5 yoe.
It's complete WFH.

Is it a product based company or a service based company?
How wlb will be in Capita plc?
I have been offered 6A band as senior software engineer, so is 22LPA fair compensation?

Is there a reason you’re trying to make friends with single women? I’m married and have friends that are single, but it’s not an audience that I’d specifically be trying to target. Couple friends would be cool, and then you can be friends with the wife. Like others have said, search Facebook for groups. Also meetup is cool. You can meet likeminded people who like to do the things you like to do.
I live in SF but am married with no kids . I think it’s the fact that a lot of young people move here for work but move away once they start a family/couple up. I’ve made a few friends that ended up moving away/back home.
I'm a mom but I'm not in the bay area :/ Have you tried looking for Facebook groups in your area? Or if your kids are in school, I would try meeting parents through the school maybe? I struggle with this too

OP have you joined any of the facebook groups for local moms? That is how I literally met all of my friends that have kids was through the local groups. We set up play dates and our kids play and we drink our coffee and chat. I have made some really great friends that way, you should definitely give it a try.
A mommy and me events, mom groups, at the school or daycare, umm anything centered on kids. Also peak weird that the single women are trying to get at your husband…. Who wants to be a stepmom off the rip- silly girls.
Local mom groups & post about looking for other married moms or the app Bumble. It has a friend section.

I have a question: why are you trying to make friends with single black women?
Just curious
