Any advice on how to share why you left your last job with a new employer? I was just “terminated” after 1.5yrs. At the meeting, I asked why they were letting me go, and they refused to answer. In fact, they straight up said “no”. I was being micromanaged to no end towards the end and I’m pretty sure they wanted me to quit. Right so here’s a bit of a dilemma I work to a much higher standard at home and it’s this high standard that means I’m in line for a promotion. Is 7 weeks too early to start thinking I may have made a huge mistake in switching to my current gig?
