Hi Everyone! I have been working in Salesforce for about a year now. But I am not enjoying my work as it's mainly on backend. I have been wanting to move to Web Dev. But someone suggested that like if I like frontend I should try LWC instead as I'm already into Salesforce. So I'm quite confused which way should I go. Can anyone help me with the same Tata ConsultancyAccentureDeloitteZS AssociatesInfosysSalesforceSalesforceAmazonMicrosoft

Build a platform consisting of a recurring book of business, a constellation of senior partners supporting you, and a pyramid of managers/consultants who will follow you into the trenches. High pain tolerance helps too.
Do you have any small children you wouldn’t mind sacrificing?
You mean staffers/analysts, right?
Other than table stakes like integrity, teamwork and expertise, you need the following:
1. Business case, which is driven by a clear and consistent book of business and therefore external relationships.
2. Brand and sponsorship.
3. Mental support of your loved ones.
Also a title higher than director... lateral hires ive seen were in the svp range for partners.
PwC would likely bring you in as Director
you gotta bring in new clients - I know an AD whose stayed at that level because they dont bring in new revenue - or either a retiring partner isnt "generous" enough to pass you his/her contract.
So yeah, connections work. THEY WORK WELL.
