Quite literally the worst thing i’ve ever seen

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

For a senior associate role? Do you know if you’d be coming in at S1/S2/S3?
I am FT and travel has been very limited for me (maybe 3 days this year). Know others doing more and I’d say expect more trips if you are more senior (i.e., PPMD) , however they don’t tend to be full week trips.
150 feels reasonable for HCOL but I wouldn’t say that’s the low end of the range. Maybe closer to 130.
I’m an M, at GT, in FT, for NYC or San Fran I’d shoot for 160+
