Darren Moran is a talented guy who gets it. In fact, I’d say he’s running the only in-house shop worth working for.

Reading up now. That’s pretty insane how much water they use and how much control the exert over it as a resource.
They are actually a pretty interesting company in that they’re totally vertically integrated, meaning they own everything from the farms to the planes that carry the pistachios, etc. And they employ all those people and treat them fairly well, at least benefits-wise
But it is a privately owned company and the couple that owns it has a very bad reputation around here for being erratic and demanding. Worth going in but proceed at your own risk.
Can think of a lot worse agencies to emulate than BFG, though.
Their work is going the bfg quirky route but with sub par writing and directors so might be a good time to get in and get some decent work in your book.
