I was doing it daily until covid.. I fell off
You’ve got this! Fitness is important but staying sane & healthy is more important during a global pandemic. Take your time, do what you need, & know that working out will be there whenever you decide you need it :)
Wife is a regular. Gained less than 20lbs during both pregnancies
Rowing is actually beneficial for pregnancy. Don’t ask me how.
Yeah contrary to popular belief, rigorous exercise has been shown to make pregnancy and delivery much easier. She didn’t have one bad day. Just hungry and tired after 7pm

Congrats! That’s awesome!

I have a similar weight loss story, but straight up jogging was my weapon of choice. 25 pounds in 1 year (~600 miles). I can relate to how it feels to crush something like that.
Congrats again!
I’ve done it for a year and a half (minus a couple month studio closure during COVID). Down 20 pounds too!
Yup! We’ve been open since June or so, and recently went back to 60 minute classes during the week instead of 45. I’m also doing DriTri! Will be my second time - it’s a lot of fun. Good luck!
Wow that’s really good results. How many times a week and is that with diet too?
5 or 6 times a week & minimal diet changes! Cut back (but certainly not out) of unnecessary carbs, alcohol, & sugar. No starvation diet though & I don’t fully deny myself anything :) it’s all in moderation!
Ugh, I miss OTF. I used to book hotels by them and go at 5 am.
5am is still a little too early for me - but I respect the early morning squad so much!
How are the studios these days? I’m afraid to go back in...
Completely personal preference/tolerance for risk though😊
Signed up in mid July (26/M) and have really enjoyed it. Wasn’t fat before but stopped working out and this has gotten me in a groove. Have to wear mask during so can’t wait til that’s over.
same here with the mask! I’m trying to tell myself it’s a good lung strength exercise lol
