I believe you start w 15 days and work up to 22 days. They accrue monthly. Up to 176 hours can roll forward continuously

The owners of our company like to do a holiday handout at Thanksgiving each year. They used to do a whole Thanksgiving meal (turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, pie). Last year there was a lack of available turkeys in the quantity we needed, so we switched it up and did a bottle of sparkling cider with a $25 gift card. This year the owners want to do something different but they are not sure what. Does anyone have any suggestions? We have about 300 employees in one location. Thanks!!

Considering leaving my firm due to having to work vacations. I have attempted to take two vacations since starting with my firm, and each time it has been scuttled due to partners giving me huge projects while I’m away. I have been super burnt out lately and needed a week away. Do your jobs respect your vacation time? How to do you set boundaries?

I tell myself that I've come to terms with my husband not being very thoughtful or helpful around the house. But I was sick last weekend and he didn't even unload the dishwasher or put away the laundry I'd already done, and when I asked him to help me by getting me drinks and stuff, he would tell me 'in a minute' because he was on his phone, and then he'd get to it eventually or forget. It's like, can you pretend to care just a little?

I need help coming up with a creative title for my students. I teach job skills, and we basically act as volunteers in the building by completing various jobs like delivering mail and working in the cafeteria. We are known for this role so I want us to have an official title! We are the Spartans and we call our program “essential skills” if that helps! Most of my students have limited expressive language so I’m hoping to give them options and let them vote.

My husband and I have a huge combined family. They are also...well...loud. By loud I mean, laughing, debating, talking, all in good cheer. But sometimes arguments can erupt, and there's really no shortage of entertainment and sometimes drama. We're having a smaller gathering this year and wondering what's the best way to navigate all things COVID and health - we love to be close, hug, etc but I know everyone has different comfort levels and I want to be gracious and appease.
