Any success stories with seller-financing/land contracts? I’m trying to find ways to scale without having to save 20% for investment properties.

What platforms do you use for your investments?

I use Zerodha for brokerage and Kuvera/Coin for MF investments.

Is the tax exemption limit (of 25000) under 80DDB for both parents or 25000 for each parent?

So in short - 25K+25K = 50K for Both Parents or is it just 25K for both.
