Do you think I should be something like Video Content Manager? A Strategist maybe? My company doesn't have career pathing & I think they'd be happy to keep giving me more work with the same pay. I have been a software developer (professionally) for about 7 years now, but I’ve decided to move out from that job and do something else (still in tech).
