Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

If you’re white like me it’s so important to realize that we were raised in a society where institutionalized racism is normalized, and we were born with privilege. You can’t choose the color of your skin, but you can choose to put ego aside and reflect on why this isn’t happening to me, and be vocal about being anti-racist.

It’s an amazing company. They do a really good job of hiring people who care. We have problems just like every other agency (shrinking marketing dollars, turnover, etc.) but the people here make it worthwhile. Offices are VERY different though in terms of work styles and resources.
Overall things are on the upswing. Winning new business (pitching is a constant), sniping more work from ad and social agencies, and hiring has been substantial over the last two years. There have also been investments in both physical and cultural assets in the New York office.
With all that comes some growing pains, though. Like any agency, leadership can sometimes be disconnected from the everyday reality. Though if you speak up, they will listen.
We have three CEOs which can be frustrating at times, but they've worked well together so, meh, whatever.
Almost all creative leadership is here in Chicago but they travel across the network often and collaboration among offices is daily.
Feel free to DM with any specific questions.
Thank you for the insights and feedback. Sounds like GOLIN has the right direction and focus which is very appealing these days. Good for you guys.
NY and Chicago but would love to hear what it’s like there overall.
