Hello all,
I am currently in the process for interviewing for a role at Amazon for their office in Basildon in corporate (HR if it wasn't implied by my title). Spoke to the recruiter and on my application it will be £55k base but wondered what level is that and what leeway I have for bonus (sign on) and what is the RSU looking like. I am also needing some help if possible please on the interview process as I would really like to get this since it is my dream job.
Any help appreciated.
I had interviewed for an internship position at EY for technology consultant program for summer 2022 and got a call where they extended an offer. I wanted to know if I can defer the internship offer to fall 2022 or a later start date after summer.
I apologize as I cannot reply to a comment or DM on this platform to anyone, but thanks for your answers in advance.
Hello Deloitte 🐠 20 YOE. Have referral for a content and marketing M role in cybersecurity -- the focus of my career pivot. Submitted my application today, but my referrer isn't in Cyber. Interested to widen my Deloitte Cyber network to get my resume in front of a human, since ATS has no vision or imagination. If you're willing to connect, please DM. So far, made it several interview rounds into roles with EY and Accenture. Optimistic, but want to be as proactive as possible. Thanks!

I’d rather work for Point A consulting.
Their new CEO, DH, is ex-Kearney. He was extremely well liked here and we were all sad to see him go.
He seems to be a solid manager type but I don't see him as a leader capable of this severe rescue mission. But to be fair, who can pull a company out of such a deep deep dive? He will get CEO experience on his resume and be ready for a more reasonable next challenge.
From my experience, it’s mostly PMO work embedded in the client team on larger implementations (I work at another firm and have had a few projects where my client basically used Point B to staff aug their own PMO, change management, and other workstream lead roles). The Point B people I worked with tended to be nice, competent, etc. and happy enough with their roles.

It is an ESOP so employee owned and can create real wealth for you. Give them a chance.
PE has significant stake and makes the calls. ESOP no longer exists
