Any tips for getting my resume seen at FAANG/major tech companies in the SF Bay Area?

BCG final round interview in a week. Any tips on what to expect in a partner level conversation?
- how is it different than the round 1 experience?
- how important is the casing component? I'm doing pretty well, but not perfect. Friends have been eating me 8/10, with the need to improve structure and be more top down in my communication. I'm wondering what I can do to improve that in a week and if that will be a deal breaker on interview day?

Please take my advice as a grain of salt. Made to onsite, all of the FAANG, however, did not get selected. I knew the candidate who got selected and the only difference was I did not check couple of boxes 1. Ethnicity 2. SME in CS.
^that. Will also never get an offer if that’s what someone truly thinks vs trying to improve
Make sure you match words in your resume exactly to the minimum and preferred requirements to get through the initial screening. Once you get to interview present yourself as a person vs. a resume….that’s where I see most people failing.
I would focus on areas of growth for a company. For example, Google Cloud is growing like crazy and that means they’ll always have tons of roles open. Find a role there and then move over to the more “core” Google if that’s what you want to do and not Cloud.
I’ve hesitated on applying at Google as a few past colleagues who made the jump mentioned their fellow Googlers (on the business side) are very competitive and work/life balance is worse than Big 4. Have you seen this?
