A BCG recruiter ghosted me after she reached out to schedule an interview. How long should I wait before following up? What is the common courtesy to give to ppl at BCG. I don’t wanna come off as too aggressive but I really need to get this interview set as there are other pending confirmations Boston Consulting Group
Does Natwest bank pay as competitive as Morgan Stanley Deutsche Bank. I mean Associate in MS and DB ranges from 20 to 30 lakh. However when I tried applying to Natwest expecting 40% hike (30 lpa) on current pay of 21 lakh. They straightway rejected me and said its not in their budget. Is there any financial firm which can pay as competitive to Mumbai banks. Barclays Deutsche Bank Natwest group BlackRock
Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?

How do you accept feedback. A lot of writers are more thin-skinned then they think, and those people don’t last long.
Listen to how they talk about their favorite and least favorite projects. I vs team; who made it great or killed it; was it bad luck or was someone to blame etc. You should have an idea of their abilities through their book. You’re looking for someone who plays nice with others, doesn’t have a massive ego and especially if they’re a junior, doesn’t already think they’re a rock star.
Sorry for a writer I see I wasn’t clear. All good thoughts but specifically talking about yourself interviewing to JOIN a team, and part of that process being people you would be overseeing on that team.
