Anybody has had any major client business related fails. For me an interesting one was we questioning CEO why they have not done (a rather obvious) cross sell to which he actually replied ‘we didn’t get around to it, but that feels like a good idea and an opportunity’ it probably costed the firm about 10-20% in profit p.a. for 10 odd years. I was amazed and horrified at the same time that he said it coz I would have been fired for much less
