Any advice on where to go after PR (financial & healthcare)? I have one year of experience and have been pretty disappointed with my current agency. Looking to transition from healthcare into tech. I have over 10 years of experience working with patient and insurance collections. I have an associate degree and currently working on my google PM certification.

I’m really discouraged. My after tax / after 401k contributions etc. take home pay is $6,500 monthly. I have $60,000 in savings / stocks for a down payment but even looking at a $550,000 home, my monthly payment would be about $3,400 from the calculators I’ve been using. Is that too high?

So discouraged that houses where I live are about 50% higher than what they were 2 years ago, and now interest rates are around 5.25% for my credit score. This is like a 1750 sq foot home

I went from making $70k the last 7 years to now started a new job a month ago making $130k plus $10k bonus every year, and $60k in RSUs. I have $70k in my 401k and around $50k in savings. Want to get out of the Silicon Valley which has been home my whole life and buy in TX or AZ a ~$400k house. Currently maxed Roth 401k, Roth IRA, HSA, and ESPP at 23 YO, should I consider an after-tax conversion? I’ve read about back-door Roths but I’m still far below the income limit as an analyst. Definitely looking into early-ish retirement, should I just invest the rest in a regular brokerage account until I reach the income limit? Am I even allowed to do a conversion? Any advice is helpful :)

Been having trouble moving on since girlfriend ended relationship 3 weeks ago after 2+ years of dating.
