Doesn’t seem too outrageous. Concrete in the Midwest is $200/yard labor right now.

We signed the contract last year just around 230 sqft. Primary residence but, we are quite happy with the price.
Yea that seems low!

Ours was $330/sq ft. Ours is on pilings which makes it a bit pricier. ApresSeaCapeCod.com
Looks like a great rental home!
I don't think that's high right now sadly
The low end is $190sqft, not including lot, utilities site prep, permits, and a budget home, in a low cost area PNW. I have a small home on 12 acres. I want a bigger house and building might be the only option. Utilities and lot can be as much as a house. I can get nice houses in South America with a lot for 100k and most of us would consider the house an upgrade. It blows my mind what it costs us to build a house.
