With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this? Anyone have any suggestions for front end guis for users to run python code? I’ve created a few tools for webscraping data, automation, and modeling but non technical users freak out when they try to run the code themselves. Any suggestions? (Have tried Juypter Notebooks and a few other IDEs)
