Chase Sapphire Reserve is not able to book a ticket for me on Air India because the flight is not showing up on their system. The flights shows up everywhere else including on Expedia, which powers Chase’s portal. Anyone had similar experience?

I have a job offer from Meta and awaiting my H1B transfer approval notice. I have never received an H1B visa stamp before.
