Then I told them I already hold an offer and will share which is INR X+ lpa, After trying for few more days finally they told that they can offer INR (X-10) lpa, Looked like a joke to me

Stupid Question- We have been thinking for IVF and trying to understand with this process, is there any difference in the health and life of the child as compared to a child born without IVF. I did ask this with our doctor and he said casually its all same. This is not to question any doctor but just to really understand what is going to be different with the kid. Any SAP EWM fish in here? I am new to SAP and just finishing my first project in EWM. Would like to continue building Expertise in this Module.

Has anyone successfully been able to pivot to careers without stepping back after 10+ yrs of implementation work? I’d love you hear your journey and how you went about doing so.

I have been searching for job from quite a long time and all I have seeing HR/Panels asking for
1. Number of implementation projects done.
2. Work experience on S4 Hana.

And if I don't have atleast any one of these, I will not be considered.

Is it really that important ?

Being joined as a fresher - Is it really something that I can decide whether to be in support or implementation project ?

Is upgrading of ECC to S4 Hana in my hands ? And the difference is really that vast ?

I wanna simply decline the offer discussion or reject the offer.
I wanna join TCS later in my career at a Good position when I'll have 6-7 YOE.
Rejecting offer discussion or offer letter will impact? Will TCS block me for a lifetime.
