I don’t think that insurance will ever pay for Botox as it always considered elective.

I think it depends if it is medically necessary - ie to address a condition like TMJ instead of simply for cosmetic reasons.

Same logic as insurance covering some breast reduction surgeries because people develop pain, back problems, etc. and not just because people want a smaller bosom for aesthetics.

Does Next Gen issue a formal report for PGS testing results? I had my embryos tested and my clinic just told me which were normal and abnormal. No other info on embryos ratings, etc. they could have not even sent it in for all I know!
Also, how involved are you REs? I’ve been through 2 retrievals now, but feel kinda in the dark still on a lot of things. Some of the nurses are hit or miss and if I want to talk to my doctor I have to schedule a consultation and its typically a 2 week wait.
